ISO 27001
At VoiceBox, we are ISO 27001-certified and GDPR-compliant, with a strict file-handling process and a free-of-charge, secure client portal.
Back in January 2025, as part of the Wolfestone Group we upgraded to ISO 27001:2022, the latest revised international standard involving global information security management systems.
Only a handful of language service providers worldwide hold this certification. To maintain the standard, we are audited regularly.
Ultimately, actions speak louder than words. And it’s easy to say we are committed to your data and privacy, but it’s not easy to get these certifications.
So, we’re really proud of the fact that we back up our promises to keep your information secure and private.
Head of VoiceBox, Sophie Muller, said: “Achieving this standard proves that at VoiceBox, as part of the Wolfestone Group, we are dedicated to keeping clients' data secure and maintaining effective information systems and network infrastructure.
“Thanks to our Chief Technology Officer, Norbert Pietrzak, for ensuring our compliance with this upgraded standard to enable our clients to get the best level of information security.”
What this means for you?
- Your data is protected using internationally recognised security standards.
- Information security is independently audited and verified, rather than relying solely on internal processes.
- Reduced risk of data breaches, loss or unauthorised access when sharing sensitive content, documents, audio, video or personal data.
- Secure handling of confidential information throughout all projects.
- GDPR-compliant processes to help ensure personal data is managed responsibly.
- A structured approach to risk management with regular assessment of our controls.
- Strict file-handling procedures, which means access to project files is controlled and limited to authorised personnel.
