What does our process look like?

When we connect, we’ll have a chat about your needs, whether it’s overflow work or a media accessibility arm to your bow.

We work in the same industry, so we know where you’re coming from and what you mean, which always makes communication easy.

Once we work out exactly what you and your projects need, we’ll call on our trusted talent (hand-picked by our in-house vendor management team) who fit the project(s) best.

Our dedicated project management team liaises with you throughout the process, while we communicate with our talent to ensure we meet your deadlines.

Once we have the deliverables, we complete human quality assurance (QA) so that we guarantee that everything meets our high standards.

Then, you can receive the files in your preferred formats to add to your projects. Our team is experienced, having worked on thousands of projects, so we know how to handle localisation and accessibility projects.
