VoiceBox project manager, Cailin Glover, has finished as a finalist for Young Professional of the Year at the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) Language Industry Awards.

While Caitlin didn’t claim the win in Glasgow on Thursday, October 22, she was said to be not very far off the podium at all, with the job of the judges being a tricky one.

Caitlin said: “It was a great evening to be a part of and to meet everyone. While I didn’t win, I was still proud to have my hard work recognised.

“I’m just delighted I made it as a finalist as there was hundreds of nominations and on a more personal note proved a lot of people wrong who said I ‘wouldn’t get anywhere with languages’.”

“I couldn’t do my job without the VoiceBox and Wolfestone teams, and all the support, help, guidance and training I’ve had from day one.

“Thank you to the ATC for selecting me as a finalist.”

Caitlin’s manager at VoiceBox, Mohanned Khallof, added: “Caitlin is a joy to work with, so we are very proud of her being selected as a finalist at the ATC Language Industry Awards.

“As a project manager for VoiceBox, she supports projects excellently from start to finish and shows clients what our dedicated project management is all about. We’re delighted that she got deserved recognition for her efforts.”

VoiceBox is part of the Wolfestone Group — which includes brands like Wolfestone and Omni — with Wolfestone Group being commended for Company of the Year at the awards.

Co-founder of the Group, Roy Allkin, also won the Eichner Award for Outstanding Service, awarded by ATC Leadership.

The awards were presented during a night that celebrated 50 years of the ATC.
