That’s where we come in. We partner with agencies and media teams as the accessibility and localisation layer behind your work. That way, your teams can offer it without adding to your workload and your content reaches a wider audience.
Working as a partner is something that we’ve done for several clients, supporting with overflow work when things get too busy on your end. We can provide white-label support, delivered under your brand. Your team can keep moving and there’s no additional supplier to manage.
For some clients, like ad delivery platform Cape.io (formerly Peach) who we support with accessible adverts, we may be called on to make content accessible through subtitles, audio description and the like. We do this before broadcast as we’re onboarded with them and we’re an option for them to choose.

Yes, we are an accessibility partner for other clients, such as Cape.io. We are also partners with several clients where we are white-labelled and can’t be named. While we work with multiple partners, we can still provide excellent turnaround times.

Yes, our dedicated account management surrounds how our team support you, when you choose us. We provide responsive, hands-on support with dedicated, human points of contact. We can act as an extension of your client team.
How do you select your talent?
This can depend on the request and project size, but using a voice over example, this is generally how we select our talent:
- A request comes in for a job requiring specific voices for a voice over project.
- Teams work together to find the voices needed (could be someone VoiceBox has previously worked with or someone new).
- Teams review the details, vet them and listen to demos.
- Talent is selected.
- The talent is briefed on the project and records the material in this case.
- VoiceBox receives the material, does QA, ensures accessibility and sends files to clients.
Do you deal with information securely?
Yes, we deal with information very securely. In fact, VoiceBox is ISO 27001-certified and GDPR-compliant, with a strict file-handling process and a free-of-charge, secure client portal.
Back in January 2025, as part of the Wolfestone Group, we upgraded to ISO 27001:2022, the latest revised international standard involving global information security management systems.
