VoiceBox, which is part of the Wolfestone Holdings Ltd., can announce that it has recently gained a new ISO accreditation, 17100:2015, and has renewed its existing ISO 9001 certification.

Both standards have been awarded to Wolfestone Holdings by the Association of Translation Companies and are certified until August 2021.

ISO 9001 and 17100 Explained

Following an auditing process, Wolfestone Holdings Ltd. – which comprises voice over and subtitling specialists, VoiceBox; translation company, Wolfestone; and language training professionals, Robertson Languages International – has been found to exceed the set criteria relating to the company’s customer service and management of projects.

ISO 9001:2015 certifies that Wolfestone Holdings meets the criteria for a quality management system. It confirms that the company ensures customers get consistent, good-quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

ISO 17100:2015, meanwhile, certifies that Wolfestone Holdings meets all requirements for the processes, resources and all other aspects necessary for delivering a high-quality translation service.
