Make all your arts and cultural experiences accessible and engaging

Either way, we can be your accessibility partner, working alongside you and your team to help you support your audience.

There are plenty of benefits to making your events and experiences more inclusive:

What does our process look like?

Every chat about arts & culture always starts with you. What are your needs for your specific event or experience? Which audience(s) do you want to target? How can you best support that specific audience(s)?

We can also talk through challenges, such as making reasonable adjustments for the Equality Act 2010, funding requirements, and even WCAG standards for public body entities.

Once we have that worked out, we enlist the help of our specialist linguists and brief them on what deliverables they need to provide. During the process, we regularly check in with linguists, so we meet your deadline and provide expert human quality assurance (QA) after the assets are delivered to us.

Our support continues until the last person leaves your event or experience. As part of our promise, if you have an event, you can contact us with any questions in a dedicated WhatsApp group and our team will answer them for you.

Our dedicated account management team works as an extension of your event organisation or coordination, production and audio visual team. We can also be available on-site to effortlessly bring accessibility to you.

In our opinion, we believe our working relationships with clients is what keeps them coming back time after time. Good people working with good people to help good people.
