VoiceBox, Part of Wolfestone Group


 To keep things fresh at VoiceBox, we like to stay in touch with our clients and use feedback to figure out what’s working. We try out new services often, so it helps to get regular insight into what our clients think of us. We send out feedback surveys every quarter, and have been doing this for quite a while.  

We figured the info we get from these surveys would probably be useful for future clients, too! This way, you can see how we’re doing, and if you want to use our services in the future. So, let’s take a look at some stats!

How would you rate your experience with VoiceBox? 

83.3% of respondents said they were either ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with VoiceBox.  

We’re thrilled with this result! It’s so positive, and great to see that our customers are happy with the service we provide. Spoilers – but this positive trend is shown all throughout the feedback from 2022’s fourth quarter.  

How would you rate your most recent project with VoiceBox? 

We’re hurrying ahead to our second question because it’s pretty similar to the first – with one major distinction. This is less about the process of our translation, and more about the actual product. After all, we want our clients to be happy with their end results. 

Despite the difference between the questions, the answers are exactly the same. 83.3% of respondents were either ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with their most recent project. This consistency between the quality of our service and our projects is something we hope to maintain in the future. 

What is the main reason you chose to work with VoiceBox? 

For this question, we supplied multiple choice answers, as well as a comment box for further information to be given. The most selected answers were Turnaround Time and Services Offered, with 66.7% each! 

Additionally, one of our wonderful clients put in the comment box that they chose to work with us due to: “over all customer service. VoiceBox is second to none.”  

On a scale of 0-10 how likely is it that you would recommend VoiceBox to others? 

We got a variety of answers for this one, so let’s run quickly through the stats! 

16.7% gave us a 1/10 

33.3% gave us a 8/10 

33.3% gave us 9/10 

16.7% gave us 10/10 

Obviously, we’re thrilled that most of our votes are on the more positive end of the spectrum. In fact, if you want to add it up, 50% gave us a 9 or a 10, and 83.3% gave us over 7. Pretty good! It’s nice to know that our customers would be willing to recommend VoiceBox to others, so that we can help them to meet their language and multimedia needs. 

For your next relevant project, how likely are you to use VoiceBox? 

Since these surveys go out to client’s from the quarter, all of the respondents are people who’ve worked with us before. And, 83.3% of our respondents are ‘likely’ or ‘very likely’ to use VoiceBox again.  

This is probably because there are 83.3% of our respondents who seriously benefited from using VoiceBox and our services, and felt inclined to share this with us through the survey. As for the other percentage, VoiceBox will work hard to try and do even better next time!

Where did you hear about VoiceBox? 

It turns out that 50% of our respondents found us through a referral. This confirms the data from our precious question (“On a scale of 0-10 how likely is it that you would recommend VoiceBox to others?”) as it’s clear that our clients are recommending us pretty frequently. It’s nice to see such support from our clients – we really appreciate it! 

Other answers that were selected include Used Previously, Search Engine, and Tradeshow. It’s interesting to see how many different places our clients come from.
